Jay Chapman has 5 years experience as a maintenance supervisor for an apartment complex of 309 units, 3 years as a handyman, and is currently working towards his Residential Contractors Liscense. In addition to his work experience, he also excels in woodworking of all sorts. He has been a wood worker for 10 years strong. In his spare time, if any, he builds electric guitars from scratch. Jay is a hardworking individual. He does what he says he’s going to do, he is on time, he takes pride in his work and he will go out of his way to make sure the customers are happy.
